TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CIPD CONFERENCE IN RIYADH
Kindly review these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before submitting the Booking Form.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply by the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions, along with any specified in the Booking Form, collectively termed “Ticket Terms and Conditions,” govern the agreement between LEORON Institute (“we,” “us,” and/or “our”) and you (“You” or “Customer”) for the Event.

1. Event Tickets
1.1 Admission to any event is only accepted upon receipt of a valid ticket, purchased in accordance with our ticket purchasing terms and conditions below.
1.2 You must present your ticket confirmation email, viewable on a mobile device to gain access. LEORON Institute reserve the right to request proof of identity before allowing admission to any event.
2. Purchasing Your Tickets
2.1 Tickets to events are available to be purchased online via https://cipd.leoron.com/checkouts/checkout/ Submission of the Booking Form is considered confirmation upon which you will be emailed for your ticket purchase.
2.2 Payments for tickets online shall be made using the online payment facility which is provided by Payfort. We do not store your payment card details.
2.3 Your ticket is only valid for the event, date and time specified on your ticket.
2.4 Please check your Ticket immediately after purchase as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
2.5 Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will result in the cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
2.6 We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a valid ticket confirmation ready to be inspected upon your arrival at the event.
2.7 Payment of the online Fee (as stated on the Booking Form, plus applicable VAT) is made by credit/debit card.
3. Compliance with Authorities
3.1 While attending the Event, you will comply with applicable laws, all health and safety legislation and requirements, all instructions given by us or on our behalf, and the venue terms.
4. Photography
4.1 Please note that film cameras, photographs, broadcast, or recording may be present at the Event. By entering the event and/ or purchasing tickets and attending, you consent to being the subject of filming and sound recording and you are granting us the right to take photographs of your visit and edit all resulting materials for publicity in any manner we deem fit so long as it is in connection with the event that your ticket was purchased.
4.2 If you do not want to, you should inform us no later than 48 hours before the Event.
5. Admission
5.1 We reserve the right to remove any attendee not complying with the Ticket Terms and Conditions.
6. Amendments, cancellation and postponement
6.1 No cancellation by you
6.1.1 You are not entitled to cancel or receive a refund after receiving booking confirmation.
Change in delegate.
6.1.2 With approval, you may transfer a booking to a colleague from the same organization without charge if notified 14 days before the Event.
Amendments to the Event
6.3 Force Majeure
6.3.1 We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date and location of the Event due to any Force Majeure Event which has a major impact on the Event and/or Venue.
6.4 Cancellation or postponement
6.4.1 Attend the replacement Event or receive a refund if the replacement is inconvenient 14 days after the date announcement.
6.4.2 If a replacement Event is not confirmed within 90 days or is not convenient, we will offer you a full refund.
6.4.3 If an error is made in the price of any Tickets ordered by you, you will be notified by us as soon as possible and we will give you the option to either (a) reconfirm your Ticket order at the correct price; or (b) cancel your Ticket order and receive a full refund from us.
7. Liability
7.1 Our liability for any losses you and/or any of your guests may suffer as a result of us breaching these Terms and Conditions or for any breach of any statutory duty or negligence or otherwise is strictly limited to the total purchase price of your event tickets.
8. Data protection and use of information
8.1 By providing your personal information to us when you purchase your ticket, you consent to us processing your data in accordance with these terms and our privacy policy.
9.1 Applicable law and jurisdiction
9.1.1 The Terms and Conditions and the terms of our Privacy Policy shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia to determine any matter or dispute which arises under the User Terms.
9.1.2 If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, all or part of that provision will be severed from the Terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
10. Complaints
10.1 We accept that, despite every effort being made to ensure you have a trouble-free, enjoyable event, things may occasionally go wrong. If you have a complaint, you must inform a member of staff immediately. They will attempt to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If, however, an acceptable solution is not found and you wish to take the matter further, please email us ( [email protected] ) detailing in full the nature of the complaint, wherever reasonably practicable within 3 days of your visit. This will allow us to investigate your complaint fully.
